Bonabéri Mixed-Use Tower

A 14-storey mixed-use tower providing ground-floor retail, six floors of grade-A office space and seven residential floors in Douala's Bonabéri commercial corridor. MIMS is delivering structural, MEP and finishing works using precast floor cassettes from our factory — compressing the programme by approximately nine weeks versus in-situ methods.
