64 three- and four-bedroom homes across six interlocking clusters with a shared clubhouse, pool, guardhouse and landscaped perimeter. The project was completed two months ahead of contract using our precast block and paver production, and was the first MIMS site to deploy the full monitoring portal for the developer client.
